Whereas the government of Canada has from time to time to report the Finacals of the Nation to members of Parlament.

Now Therefore Her Majisty by and with the Advice and Concent of the House of commons and Senate of Canada Enats as follows.

Short tital
1. The act may be cited as the Fical Update 2008 Act.

Government income and Expences
2. Government income to date is 200,000,000,000.00
3. Government Expences to date is 158,545,542,120.00

Extra Expences
4. That $21,000,000.00 be added for the Farm Aid Act
5. That 65,000,000.00 Be added for the Heathcare act.
6. That 41,000,000.00 Be added to the Province's for Heathcare and Childcare.

Extra Income
7. That the High Income tax drackit be rasied from 21% to 25% over 5 years

Enforcement
The Act shall come into effect 1 month from resiving roaly assent.

I move that this bill be read a second time !

Mr. Specker,
why dose the Prime Minister think that rasing taxes is such a good idea, and Why by 4 % why such a large incress.
We would like the bill if the tax and the farmers sections be removed, would the government be willing to do that ?

Mr. Specker,
no this Government is not welling to cut the key parts of this bill !
